A jobsite access note should remove the first delay. It needs the entry point, parking reality, gate or key detail, pet note, and the right contact if something is blocked.
Keep the note where the crew will actually see it. A perfect office record is not helpful if the field team starts without it.
Record anything that affects cleanup or proof after the work is done.
